Group Therapy

Group therapy here focuses on how people experience and relate to others, both in their past and in their current lives. Rather than only talking about problems, it creates space to notice patterns, reactions, and roles as they show up, and to begin making sense of them. Over time, this can lead to a clearer understanding of yourself and a different way of approaching relationships.

There are three ways to take part, depending on what feels right for you:

  • Drop-in groups offer a flexible, low-pressure space to begin reflecting on your relationships, with no expectation of ongoing commitment or personal disclosure.

  • Interpersonal skills groups are short, structured programmes that focus on understanding patterns and developing practical ways of doing things differently in your relationships.

  • Interpersonal process groups are therapy groups that provide a more consistent and in-depth space to explore your experiences, with a focus on both what you bring and how you relate to others within the group itself.
