My workshops are for three groups: IPT therapists looking to deepen their interpersonal skills, counsellors and therapists wanting a stronger relational focus in their work, and anyone wanting to better understand their relationships, communication, and patterns. Each session keeps a clear interpersonal lens while making the ideas practical and relevant, whether you are in clinical practice or simply making sense of your own relationships and connections.
