A weekly drop-in space to begin making sense of your relationships in a flexible and low-pressure way. Attend as and when it feels helpful, with the option to talk things through or simply listen and reflect.

About

This drop-in group is a place to begin making sense of your relationships in a way that feels manageable and without pressure. It offers a flexible space that you can attend as and when it feels helpful, whether you want to talk about what is going on for you or simply listen and take things in at your own pace.

Within the group, you’ll find a supportive community where people can talk openly about the emotional and relational aspects of their experiences, while also having space to reflect on what feels confusing, stuck, or difficult to navigate. Conversations are guided gently rather than in depth, allowing you to start noticing patterns, reactions, and ways of relating without needing to go into anything you are not ready to share.

How the Sessions Work

The group will remain open for the first 10 minutes, and no new participants will be admitted after that point.

If you are the only person who attends for a particular session, you can choose to stay and will be offered an additional 10 minutes to use as a reflective session (this will not be a replacement for one-to-one counselling), or you can move your place to another drop-in group at no extra cost.

IMPORTANT:

 

What is shared in the group should remain confidential. As this is a drop-in space, participants may change week to week, so confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in the same way as a closed group.

This group is not suitable for crisis support. If you are in immediate distress or need urgent help, please contact your GP, NHS 111, lcoal crisis services, 999 if in immediate danger.

Booking & availability:

Sessions run weekly. Any planned breaks, such as annual leave, will be shared in advance via the website and social media so you can plan accordingly.

This group can be booked via Eventbrite, with full details and available dates listed there. A link to book can be found on the website or directly through Eventbrite.
